When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. When you use Fast-Pack™, we temporarily process the images and PDFs you upload to generate tech pack data. Uploaded files are processed in real time and are not stored long-term on our servers.

We use your information to provide and improve the Fast-Pack™ service, process your analyses, manage your account, and communicate with you about your subscription. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Payment Processing
All payment processing is handled securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers. Please refer to Stripe's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle your payment data.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption, row-level security policies, and secure authentication to protect your data. Uploaded files are processed and then deleted — they are never stored permanently.
5. Third-Party Services
Fast-Pack™ uses third-party services including Supabase for authentication and data storage, Stripe for payment processing, and AI services for garment analysis. Each service has its own privacy policy governing how they handle your data.
6. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. You can also delete your account, which will remove your personal information from our systems.
