1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Fast-Pack™, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
Fast-Pack™ is an AI-powered tech pack generator that analyzes fashion flats and sketches to produce structured garment data. Results are generated by artificial intelligence and should be reviewed for accuracy before use in production.
3. Account Registration
Some features of Fast-Pack™ are available without an account. For full access including saving and downloading tech packs, you may create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Fast-Pack™ offers a free tier (5 analyses per month) and a Pro tier ($9/month for unlimited analyses). Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of all images, sketches, and designs you upload to Fast-Pack™. The tech pack data generated from your uploads belongs to you. Fast-Pack™ and its branding, design, and code are the intellectual property of Cantarelli.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to: attempting to circumvent usage limits, reverse-engineering the service, uploading malicious content, or using the service for any unlawful purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
Fast-Pack™ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated results may contain inaccuracies and should be verified before use in manufacturing or production. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on AI-generated data.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease immediately.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
